Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing solution for photosensitive resin having improved power of infiltrating into the photosensitive resin, enhanced solvent power in development and property of suppressing the abnormal occurrence of foreign matter in the developing solution and to provide a developing method using the developing solution and a method for producing an optical color filter by the developing method SOLUTION: The developing solution is obtained by adding at least one nonionic surfactant and at least one antibacterial and antimold agent to a developing solution containing an alkali component and/or an organic solvent as a basic component.
