Method of manufacturing hot electric resistance welded steel tube



【課題】圧延ロールを60度ずつ変化させる3ロールスタンドを配置した絞り圧延機を用いて、生産性に悪影響を及ぼすことなく、寸法精度の優れた電縫鋼管を製造する。 【解決手段】帯鋼1をロール成形したのち熱間電気抵抗溶接して母管を製造し、ついで当該母管を絞り圧延して電縫鋼管6を製造する方法である。外径リダクションが55%以上85%以下、肉厚リダクションが20%以下であって、肉厚リダクション/外径リダクションが0.1以上で前記絞り圧延を行う。 【選択図】図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an electric resistance welded steel tube excellent in dimensional accuracy without adversely affecting productivity by using a stretch reducer in which three roll stands the rolling rolls of which are changed by 60° are arranged. SOLUTION: This method is a method of manufacturing an electric resistance welded tube 6 by manufacturing a base tube by hot electric resistance welding after roll-forming a steel strip 1 and, next, performing the reduction rolling of the base tube. The reduction rolling is performed to the outside-diameter reduction of 55-85%, the thickness reduction of ≤20% and the thickness reduction/outside-diameter reduction of ≥ 0.1.
